Introduction to Managing Records

This 2-day course introduces participants to the concepts, models, tools and systems for managing physical and digital records. It draws on the principles and approaches identified in ISO 15489 Records Management and related standards and guidelines. The course focuses on establishing the basic skills and knowledge required for managing business-centric records management programs. This course is suitable for participants from the private or public sector.

This course is designed for participants with responsibility for managing recordkeeping programs in their organisation.
