Writing Business Cases

This practical and highly interactive full day workshop will guide participants in preparing a business case for recordkeeping projects, including implementing an eDRMS. Topics covered include:

• Purpose of a business case
• Role within the Prince2 project framework
• Components of a business case
• Drafting tips
• Consultation and review
• Keeping the business case alive

This course costs $330, including GST, per participant.
